When it comes down to good customer service, beautiful artistry and design work and timeliness, this place ROCKS!! I went to them wanting a slab of raw edge wood made into a memorial tribute to my husband with his name and some words from his eulogy inscribed onto it. Shelly was so professional and organized and kept in constant communication with me regarding the lettering, staining and design of the piece and the next day after dropping off the wood she sent me 4 design options to choose from! All were amazing!! I had a hard time choosing!! When I picked it up 4 days later I was in tears it was perfect in every way and her husband had sanded it so smooth and applied a lovely natural finish to the rough cracked wood I had brought in. He even put a hanger on the back of it for me! Their work is magnificent! They listen to your dream and make it happen!
